Legal Terms and Conditions

General Terms

By making a reservation with Creston Hotel, you agree that:

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and stays, including use of facilities and any services provided.
  • A binding contract exists between you and the Hotel once a reservation is accepted and confirmed.
  • You agree to comply with all Hotel policies, including payment, cancellation, occupancy, and conduct.
  • Any special agreement (if accepted in writing by the Hotel) takes precedence over these Terms where legally permitted.
  • These Terms are effective from the moment of online booking or other confirmed reservation method and remain in force for the duration of your booking and stay.

Reservations and Booking

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
  •  A reservation is confirmed only after payment (full or partial) and issuance of a confirmation notice.
  •  Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Late Arrival Guarantee

  • Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival if the Hotel is notified of a late arrival.

  • Unnotified late arrivals may be released, and no-show penalties may apply.

Rates & Payment

  • Rates are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes and service charges.
  • Incidental charges (e.g., room service, minibar) are not included and must be paid on departure.
  • The Hotel may pre-authorize the card on file for the estimated total stay, including incidentals.
  • All room rates are quoted per room, per night, unless stated otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the Hotel website or at the front desk.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 noon
  • Early check-in before 2:00 PM is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Late check-out after 12:00 noon is subject to availability and additional fees.

Reservation Holding Time

    • Unpaid reservations are held until 12:00 noon on the arrival date unless guaranteed.

    • After this time, reservations may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed if made at least 48 hours before 2:00 PM on the arrival date.
  • Late cancellations incur a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes.

No-Show Policy

  • No-Show occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date without prior written notice.
  • No-shows will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes, applied to the card used to guarantee the reservation.

Early Departure

  • Guests departing before the scheduled date may be charged one night’s room rate plus taxes.

Occupancy & Room Use

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be observed.
  • Additional individuals beyond the maximum occupancy may incur extra charges depending on room type and Hotel policy.
  • Rooms are for accommodation only; parties, events, or commercial use require prior approval.

Guest Identification

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • The cardholder must be present if their card guaranteed the booking.

Guest Conduct & Liability

  • Guests must behave respectfully and lawfully.

  • The Hotel may refuse service or ask a guest to leave without refund for misconduct.

  • Guests are liable for damage or loss they cause to Hotel property.

Safety & Security

  • Compliance with all safety, fire, and security policies is required.
  • Illegal substances and prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data is handled according to Nigerian data protection practices and the Hotel’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
